and objectives:

OAO TogliattiAzot (ToAz), a leading exporter of ammonia located in Togliatti in the Samara region of Russia, is completing the construction of a port facility on the Russian Black Sea coast, together with related rail transportation and storage facilities. The ammonia port will establish a competitive export point for ToAz's ammonia and will provide a strong economic boost to the southern Russia region.
