The Business Information Centre (BIC) is located on the main reception floor of the London headquarters of the EBRD, adjacent to Liverpool Street Station.

Opening hours

Hours of operation are 09.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday. Due to space constraints, documents may be stored in archives, in which case they will need to be retrieved. They also may be reserved by another person. For these reasons, you must reserve the documents you wish to review by telephone at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that they will be available.

Business Information Centre facilities

The document you request will be provided to you for review at a table or desk in the BIC only. There are no facilities available to the public for photocopying. Similarly, neither entire documents nor copies of parts of documents will be available for purchase at the BIC.

Questions and comments on documents

Questions or comments on documents in the BIC should be referred to project sponsors. To facilitate this, the first page of documents will provide contact information for the appropriate person or persons. It will also indicate deadlines, if applicable, which must be adhered to in order to have comments incorporated into project decision-making processes within the EBRD.
