Abstract

The EBRD and EU have worked closely to advance stability and democracy in the Western Balkans. Together we have helped improve infrastructure and provided extensive support to small and medium-sized enterprises in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, and Serbia and Montenegro.
