Japan and the EBRD

Abstract

With €136 million of cumulative contributions, Japan is the second largest donor to the EBRD’s Technical Cooperation Fund Programme. By using innovative technical assistance and co-financing solutions it is directing assistance towards some of the poorest countries of central Asia and supporting EBRD projects across the Bank’s countries of operations.
