EBRD Report to the Donor and Co-financing Community 2001-02: Technical cooperation - Helping build a brighter future

Abstract

In 2002, donor support is focused on strengthening capabilities at the local level, particularly in financial institutions and small business financing initiatives mostly in the southern and eastern Europe and the Caucasus region.

'There can be no doubt that donor support has made a big difference over the past decade. It has enabled investments to go forward and improved the skills and capabilities of the people who make the investments work.'
