TC Donors Report 2006

Abstract

Donors and public sector institutions play a critical role in the EBRD region. Their funding helps prepare the way for Bank projects, foster reform and improve the investment climate. In 2005, donors provided €90 million, primarily assisting the regions facing the greatest challenges. The seven early transition countries, the Western Balkans and regional areas of Russia received the majority of support.
