Abstract

In its tenth year of operations, the EBRD significantly increased its volume of new business, signing projects to the value of €3.6 billion. The Bank built on its strong record for mobilising other sources of finance, generating co-financing of €2.85 billion. The EBRD began operations in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. To help address environmental challenges in north-west Russia, the Northern Dimension Environmental Partnership was launched.
